Pricing & Membership Changes in 2024
New hosting prices are now in effect, as of January 15, 2024, that better reflect our industry, costs, and plans to expand the Without Code platform / support services for our customers. This change will apply to all new and existing hosting subscriptions, however a significant discount will be applied for our existing users.
What’s Changing?
1. Memberships are no longer required for new users
To reduce customer confusion at signup and when publishing a website, we are no longer offering memberships to new users. As a result, these users will see higher publish prices than our existing customers with active memberships.
Memberships are not common in site builder platforms, and this change will greatly simplify our messaging and ensure we are consistent with other companies in the website creation industry.
2. Existing members access discounted hosting prices
For users with an existing membership, we are offering significantly discounted hosting prices and smaller price increases compared to the new market rates. These benefits are available to users who have an active Without Code Membership (including former Pro and VIP plans).
Our system will now detect your membership level to display the correct pricing, so it’s important to keep your membership active if you wish to access this pricing.
Please note that we cannot reactivate memberships once cancelled by the customer or due to a failed payment.
We know that a price increase means you need to alert clients and publish in-progress projects at current prices, so we will continue to offer our existing publish prices until January 15, 2024. All existing subscription prices will update to the appropriate rates automatically with no action is required on your end.

Reseller and Enterprise Plans
If you’re a high-volume builder on a Reseller or Enterprise plan, you will maintain the same discount percentage off of market rates. Reseller plan members receive a 10% discount, and Enterprise plan members receive 20% off of standard sites and 15% off of ecommerce sites.

What happens if I cancel my Without Code Membership?
A.
Site hosting will renew at the higher, non-member rates of $18/mo or $180/year ($15/mo billed annually). No perks, benefits or builder features will be lost.
Q. Are “Pro” or “VIP” the same as a Without Code Membership?
A. Yes, Pro and VIP are older terminology for our current membership, and all are considered the same.

Can I change plans?
(Reseller/Enterprise)
A.
Enterprise plans are no longer available, and those on an Enterprise plan have been grandfathered in. You can no longer change into an Enterprise plan. If you would like to get out of an Enterprise plan, you can move to a Reseller plan.
Q. I have a $1 site as an Enterprise member. Will I lose that? (Reseller/Enterprise)

No, the $1 sites will remain unchanged if you remain on the Enterprise plan.
