Dashboard Migration Notice & Shutdown Plan

Starting April 15, 2022, we will begin phasing out our old (legacy) dashboard. On this date, all new websites and existing website hosting subscriptions can only be published using the new dashboard. Users will no longer be able to create new sites or purchase hosting subscriptions at the old dashboard (app.wocode.com) after this date.

On May 15, 2022, we will be fully disabling the legacy dashboard. This means all websites that have not been migrated to the new dashboard can only be accessed once migrated. Users will be presented with a migration option when logging in, and sites will be inaccessible until the migration is complete.

Migration Details

1. None of your websites will be deleted at any point. This change affects only your ability to purchase subscriptions and edit your websites; migrating sites to the new dashboard will ensure you see no disruption, and you can continue to migrate sites after the shutdown date.
2. You should immediately begin migrating all existing websites from the legacy dashboard to the new dashboard. For instructions on migrating websites, click here.
3. If you have not migrated sites from the legacy dashboard to the new dashboard as of May 1, you will not be able to edit these websites until they are migrated. We will begin manually migrating any sites that remain after this date over a period of time.
4. All new websites must be published on the new dashboard.
5. In order to publish websites, we now require that you are an active Without Code member (free user and trial memberships can not publish sites). For this reason, we've introduced our new bundle membership which includes hosting for one site and your membership in one discounted price.
6. For those that currently build customer sites on their account, create free memberships for customers, and transfer final websites out so they can manage their own billing, this will affect your process. You now have two options:
7. Alert customers to the fact that they must purchase a membership.
8. Begin publishing websites from your own account and bill customers for hosting.
