  • What’s included in the premium support?

    Your premium support includes access to a Slack channel with other Enterprise members and the Without Code team, an Account Concierge, as well as front-of-the-line technical support. The Slack channel is a place for any questions; the team monitors this closely to ensure urgent questions are addressed. Your Concierge can answer any account questions, address urgent issues, collect tool/builder requests, and direct custom widget inquiries. And the Tech Support email is the place for all technical inquiries; your submissions will be placed at the front of the queue.  


    Although we work our hardest to answer any and all questions as quickly as possible, non-urgent questions will be placed in line and response times may vary. More information about the support network is included in the Enterprise Membership welcome package.


  • Will sites that I have already published renew at the discounted hosting rate?

    No, your Enterprise discount code only applies to sites that you publish now. We will not refund the difference from your signup price on existing sites, and we will not set them to renew for the discounted rate.


    What you can do for existing sites is set the subscriptions to cancel and sign up at the next renewal using your Enterprise discount code. 



  • How much does a custom widget cost?

    The custom widget development price varies depending on the scope of the widget design. Once your Enterprise Membership is activated, you can contact your Account Concierge for more information.


  • How do I get my $1 website?

    Once your Enterprise Membership is activated, you will receive a welcome package including instructions for creating your site.


  • How do I get my hosting discount?

    Once your Enterprise Membership is activated, you will receive a welcome package including your hosting discount coupon code. This code can be used directly through our system for all future site publishes.


  • Can I try Enterprise for free?

    No, Enterprise is a premium membership meant for existing Without Code members who have already tried the platform and plan to use it extensively for a large volume of sites. If you want trial the Without Code site builder, you can create a Free Membership, and if you are interested in additional benefits, you may want to explore our Pro Membership.


  • I am currently a Pro Member and would like to switch to Enterprise. Can I upgrade at a discounted rate?

    Yes, if you have already purchased a Pro Membership, we can refund the unused portion of your year and you can sign up for the Enterprise. As you fill out our Enterprise questionnaire, you can let us know that you are an existing Pro Member.


  • Is there a limit on the number of sites I can host at the discounted rate?

    Sky’s the limit! Publish as many sites as you want at any point with your coupon code. This rate is only active for as long as you are an Enterprise Member; if you decide to cancel, the site hosting renewals will return to the full standard price.


  • Will I get discounts on ecommerce hosting?

    No, your discount only applies to standard hosting subscriptions.

  • If I cancel my membership, do my discounted sites continue to renew at the lower rate?

    No, if you cancel, your subscription will renew for the full price at the next renewal.
