Do I need a custom domain to create branded emails?

Yes, you will need to own a custom domain to send branded emails. Custom domains are easily hooked up to our email servers using a simple DNS entry, which we are happy to help you configure. We also have extensive video training on adding these entries here.

Can I buy 100 email addresses and split them up between my clients?

No, our email system is designed around the client domain and we require an email hosting subscription for each domain to be used. Refunds are not available for accounts with unused inboxes.

How do I use Webmail to send emails from anywhere?

Our webmail address is available in your account and can be provided to clients (it is not listed here to prevent it from appearing in Google searches). Users can login using their email account and password. Our webmail interface uses RoundCube, a popular open source platform that is frequently updated.

Why are email accounts not bundled with my website hosting?

This is by design, to allow your clients to move their hosting if needed without losing email functionality. By disconnecting email and hosting services your clients can build sites on any platform without the hassle of moving email providers.

Can I purchase more inboxes later?

Absolutely, our support team would be happy to assist you with upgrading to as many inboxes as you need in the future. New inbox tiers can be purchased for your client domain, and we will refund the prorated amount of your previous subscription.
